[Vacuum Rotary Spin Coater]

Vacuum spin coating machine는 주로 액체 및 재료 표면에 박막을 형성하는 데 사용됩니다.

26개의 서로 다른 시료에 대한 회전 코팅 공정을 저장할 수 있습니다. 각 코팅 공정에는 단계당 1초에서 9999초까지 51가지 속도 상태를 설정할 수 있습니다. (대부분의 기계는 10개의 프로그램과 10개의 단계를 갖습니다.)
회전 속도는 400~10,000rpm 범위입니다. 사전 설정값은 5,000rpm이며 실제 값은 4,998~5,002rpm 사이에서 변동합니다. (이 매개변수는 필름의 평탄도와 균일성, 재현성 및 일관성을 결정합니다.)
가속도를 제어할 수 있습니다.
종단 점프 계수는 1밀리미터 기준 ±2%입니다.
Suction cup 직경은 8/10/16/20/25/33/50/62/75mm이며, polytetrafluoroethylene으로 제작됩니다. 10개 중 9개가 선택됩니다.
